Twinkle, twinkle, little star,

How I wonder what you are!

Up above the world so high,

Like a diamond in the sky.

Twinkle, twinkle, little star, are the most popular poetry verses from ′′The star′′ poem written by Jane Taylor. These verses inspired so many composers, including Mozart, who turned into a melody, dedicated to the most beloved and brightest stars, the children.

But a thought that crosses my mind is whether children who live a gluten free life, do they shine just like the stars at night?

Of course, they do! Especially when they know that they have to fight against wheat, barley, and most of the time oats. In this daily battle they shine brighter than any other star in the sky. They inspire us more than anyone. So young, yet such great fighters and unbeatable. You can't feel anything but ashamed nothing rather ashamed of the stupid complaints or the muckiness that our mindless mouths put out.

But what happens when kids get glutened either by accident of unsafe gluten-free labeled products? Do they still manage to shine?

Be careful! Especially those of you who are already are aware of the foods / products you produce and that you so carelessly advertise as ′′gluten free ". The minimum you can do is admit that you were wrong, that you not only messed up, and unwillingly poisoned dozens, hundreds of people, including children; our little shining stars! Be careful!
